In early 2024 a community reference group was formed to guide the development of a re-imagined masterplan for community facilities on Kings reserve. The reference group comprises of many members of IIW who have developed and are working to achieve the following vision statement "Kings reserve with be a beautiful vibrant inclusive community park celebrating nature, sustainability and heritagecreating a profound sense of place. It will be well connected to its surroundings and provide a variety of experiences to meet the current and future of the community'
